Xenon Short-Arc Lamp Power Supplies

The XLB series of Xenon Lamp Ballasts are designed for the OEM customer. Ideal for high power applications where economy is important and performance cannot be compromised. Available in 4 popular sizes from 500 to 3000 watts, these power supplies have a number of features that make them perfect for a wide variety of applications. All models include active power factor correction for reduced input current and low conducted emissions. To ensure ignition of the lamp a new highly reliable trigger is included with all of these supplies. This new external trigger features a very short high voltage pulse and boost circuit that will start the lamp every time while reducing the electrode wear typical of less well controlled igniters.

The XLB Lamp Ballasts set the standard for compact size and offer the lowest output ripple specifications in the industry. They are ideal for medical, industrial and projection applications where a stable light source is essential.
